Educational facilities should be conducive to learning and to the overall development of students. Overall development is part of learning and learning is part of overall development. Overall development helps facilitate learning. To be conducive to learning and to the overall development of students, educational or academic facilities should be equipped academically, artistically and with regards to sports. As a student, you should make use of these educational and school facilities in your studies and overall personal development.
- Academic Structures – Educational facilities should be equipped with academic amenities which include libraries, laboratories and study rooms or halls. Libraries can be reserved for those doing research and readings of the materials found in it. Students who want to solely study and study their own materials should be directed to the study halls. Thus, as a student, you should spend more time in libraries to read and research and in study halls to study. Do not study in school venues which are not conducive to learning, the gym or the canteen as examples.
- Arts and Culture Venues – Educational facilities which are for artistic and cultural development are very good alternatives for intellectual development. This intellectual development contributes to your academic advancement and enrichment. Your mind and thinking will be developed to multi-dimentional quality. You should use these venues to contribute to your studies and support it.
- Sports and Athletic Facilities – Physical activities in sports and athletics also contribute to your intellectual and academic development. You should go into these activities because they improve your health and physical well being. With this health, you will be able to study better. You can also learn values in sports which you can use in your studies. These values include motivation, perseverance and self-discipline among others.
